60 Watt Replacement Soft White

The new Cree® LED bulb still looks and lights just like a traditional incandescent, but it’s even better than before. Unlike many cheap LED bulbs, the new Cree LED bulb is ENERGY STAR® qualified for superior LED performance. It also delivers true omnidirectional, all-around light, is fully dimmable with no buzz or hum, and lasts up to 6x longer than some cheap look-alikes (30,000 hour / 27.4 year rated lifetime). The new Cree LED bulb features higher CRI light for better colors and it is suitable for use in enclosed fixtures—so you can experience beautiful light and colors anywhere in your home. And the new Cree LED bulb is a worry-free choice backed by a 5 year, 100% performance satisfaction guarantee.

Looks like a bulb. Works like a bulb. By golly, it IS a bulb. Just better.

The new 60 watt Cree LED Soft White replacement bulb looks, lights and illuminates even more like the incandescent light bulb that most of us grew up with than ever before. It works just like you would expect—it lights instantly, is dimmable without buzzing, and emits a warm, omnidirectional light. But every Cree LED bulb uses just a fraction of the energy of the traditional incandescent bulb and even the more recent compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL) that most of us are used to, and the Cree LED will last about 25 times longer than either of those two types of bulbs.

Lighting Facts

What are Lighting Facts?

To help consumers understand light bulb efficiency, the Energy Independence and Security Act legislation directed the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to change its current labeling requirements for all medium based general service LED bulbs. The Lighting Facts label helps consumers base their purchase decision on the brightness (lumens) of the bulb and cost of operation, instead of wattage. The label is an industry tool to help buyers evaluate product performance against manufacturer claims.
